This September Whitby Pavilion is gearing up to host the Whitby Motown & Soul weekender – a 3 day music festival bringing back some of the best loved songs from yesteryear. This popular event promises 3 rooms and lots of DJs over the course of the weekend. Take to the dance floor and enjoy the very best Northern Soul, Motown and Modern Soul!
There will be daytime and evening sessions where you can tune into massive hits including boogie nights, always & forever, the groove line and more! Whitby Pavilion occupies a stunning clifftop location overlooking Whitby. Take in the views as you reminisce on this golden era of music.
This event is geared around dancing and there is limited seating available.

The Whitby Motown & Soul Weekend is the perfect excuse to enjoy a short break in Whitby and where better to stay than Whitby Holiday Park. Our clifftop holiday park is just a short walk from Whitby Town Centre and well suited to couples looking for a scenic base from which to enjoy the festivities.
We have a variety of accommodation options to choose from including a range of holiday homes for hire and luxury sea view glamping pods with private hot tubs. We also have spacious touring pitches if you plan on bringing your own touring caravan, motorhome or campervan.
On-park facilities include a tasty bar & bistro, shop, laundrette and modern amenities block.
