Our Seaview motorhome pitches enjoy far-reaching vistas of Robin Hoods Bay and Whitby. Two fantastic locations to pitch your motorhome at Whitby Holiday Park are Seaview and Abbey View. Both have breathtaking views and a 16-amp electric hook-up and are conveniently located for accessing the clean and modern amenities block.

Coastal Holiday Park in North Yorkshire

Days spent at Whitby Holiday Park allows visitors to savour strolls down the beautiful footpath to Satwick Bay. The path is edged with wildflowers, and the beach below has rocks and rock pools to explore. It is great for fossil hunting, barbeques, beach games and picnics, and all just a few minutes walk from your motorhome and touring pitch. The Cleveland Way passes here, so you can join the footpath to explore amazing sights along the North Yorkshire coast.

The National Trail is 109 miles (175 Km ) and offers ever changing landscapes and scenery. The Trail can be enjoyed in small sections and offers the best of both worlds-heather moorland and stunning coastal scenery. Family-friendly facilities Whitby HolidayPark has many excellent amenities to make your stay more enjoyable, such as the Jet Bistro and Bar, which is a great place to go for a meal, snack or drink. It has a vast outside decked veranda to enjoy the outdoors or a stylish indoor social space with comfy settees and dining tables. There’s also a secluded beer garden overlooking the fields where food and drink are served.

Children will love the bespoke Timberplay nautical-themed playground with its’ wooden pirate ship overlooking the sea and an array of exciting play components to enjoy. There’s also a fully equipped Laundry, Dog Wash and Reception where there is always a warm welcome and grocery items are stocked.

Motorhome Pitch FAQs

  • No, generators are not permitted at Whitby Holiday Park.

  • We have eight hardstanding touring/motorhome pitches at Whitby Holiday Park. The rest are grass pitches.

  • You can check in for your touring / motorhome holiday from 12pm.

  • To digitally check in, you will need your email address and Booking ID number. To book in at Reception, we will only require your surname.

  • We will send you a text on your arrival day which provides guests with a 'check-in' link which you can complete digitally, or you can check in at Reception.

  • You must depart from your touring pitch at 10am.

  • There is a grey waste grate which is located at the Motorhome Service point as you drive into the park.

    We have two Elsan points at Whitby Holiday Park which can be found at the top of the steps to the toilets and the next to pitches 68/69/70.

  • You can bring an awning that attaches to your accommodation vehicle, but due to our clifftop location we don't allow separate gazebos or tents at Whitby Holiday Park.

  • Most of our touring pitches are limited to a maximum motorhome length of eight meters. If your vehicle is larger than eight meters, please call us to check if a suitable pitch is available.

  • Yes, you can choose your motorhome pitch at Whitby Holiday Park - subject to availability.

  • No, we don't allow tents at Whitby Holiday Park due to our clifftop location.

  • Yes you can, however we advise against using one it due to Whitby Holiday park's clifftop location
