A warm welcome awaits all visitors at Whitby Holiday Park on arrival at the Reception and Shop.  Open daily throughout the year, the staff at Whitby Holiday Park are happy to help you in any way possible to ensure that you have a happy holiday with them.

The Reception is a great place to start your holiday, where you will be greeted by one of our friendly staff and guided to your holiday home or pitch. The staff have a wealth of local knowledge and can advise you about local walks and great places to visit in the area. They are always on hand if you have any requests and this is also a great place to gather tourist information. There are comfortable leather sofas in the waiting area and this is always a hub for visitors to gather and chat. And even your four-legged friend will be welcomed here, the best place for the start of many walking adventures.

In addition, there is a useful shopping facility here, stocking a variety of essential items. If you need any vital supplies, such as bread, milk, tea, coffee, dog food and toilet roll.

Local to the park, there are a number of supermarkets for your convenience. The closest are less than 2 miles away and as they include Sainsbury’s, Aldi and The Food Warehouse, this provides customers with an excellent choice. There is also a wonderful outlet for tasty bakery treats near those shops and that is Botham’s of Whitby which was established in 1865 and still sells the most delicious home-baked goods.
