Whitby to Robin Hood’s Bay Walk

Home » Whitby to Robin Hood’s Bay Walk

One of the beautiful sections of the Cleveland Way walk is accessible directly from our park so you don’t need to worry about travelling to your starting point. The stretch from the park to Robin Hoods Bay is about 6.5 miles.

It is an extremely scenic walk right along the coastal path for the majority of it, but also taking in a bit of countryside too.

Whilst this walk is totally beautiful, it is, unfortunately, not suitable for people with mobility issues as there are quite a lot of steps along the way.

Tip – if you find the walk a little too taxing then there are busses available from Robin Hood’s Bay back to Whitby. You would just need to make your way back to the park from Whitby either via taxi or a short walk up to Whitby Abbey and then along the coast path back to the site.

Enjoy!
