If you cancel with more than 12 weeks before the holiday , a full refund is available. If you cancel 28 - 84 before your holiday, we will retain the deposit. If you cancel within 15 - 28 days, we will retain 50% of the full amount, 8 - 14 days we retain 75% of the full amount and 7 days or less we retain 100% of the full amount.
