Saltwick Escape with Hot Tub

To meet the high demand of our glamping accommodation, we have welcomed another of the ever popular Preseli pods as the Saltwick Escape in a newly developed Pod Village at Whitby Holiday Park. Spacious and modern, these luxury glamping pods are the perfect spot for a romantic getaway or for a small family to spend some valuable quality time together. Surrounding the Preseli Glamping Pod is a bespoke decking which features a private hot tub for you to enjoy during your stay.

The location is convenient for the Cleveland Way path which leads to the famous Whitby Abbey and 199 steps. At the bottom of the steps you will find the cobbled streets of Whitby's Church Street, full of shops selling sweets, Whitby Jet and local delicacies as well as plenty of cafes, pubs and restaurants.

Well-equipped Interior

We provide everything you’ll need for an enjoyable holiday, so you don’t need to worry about packing lots ahead of your stay. The kitchenette is well-equipped with cutlery, crockery, pans and utensils and there’s a microwave as well as a mini fridge with small freezer compartment. We even provide a dog bowl for your four-legged friend!

In the living space you can make use of a Smart TV, electric heater and and coffee table. There’s also a sofa bed.

One of the best features of the Clifftop Retreat is the wet room with shower, sink and toilet. Having your own private bathroom means you won’t need to worry about late night trips to the amenities block!

Dog Friendly Glamping Pod

Our Saltwick Escape glamping pod is dog friendly, so you can enjoy a Whitby holiday accommodation with your canine companion! 1 small dog is permitted and we kindly ask you to abide by our on-site rules by keeping your dog on a lead, picking up after your dog and not leaving them unattended.

We provide bed linen in all of our accommodation.

We provide one hand towel and one bath towel per person in the Preseli Pod.

If you think you may need more, for the hot tub perhaps, we recommend you bring some extra with you.

The largest of our glamping offerings, The Sunrise Lookout really combines function with style sleeping up to four with a private double bedroom and 2 single bunk beds. The kitchen has a large fridge with a small freezer compartment, microwave, two burner hob and an air fryer. Plus, the spacious wet room has a large shower, toilet and sink. With sea views from both the living area, the bedroom, and even the private hot tub outside, you will get to enjoy the coastal location that you are holidaying in no matter where you are relaxing in this glamping pod.
