12 Days of Christmas Terms & Conditions

1. General Overview
1.1. The "12 Days of Christmas" campaign ("the Campaign") is organised by Coastdale Parks for Whitby Holiday Park, Garreg Goch Caravan Park and Atlantic Coast Holiday Park ("the Organiser").
1.2. The Campaign runs from Friday 13th December 2024 to Tuesday 24th December 2024 with each daily offer valid until 11:59pm.

2. Eligibility
2.1. The Campaign is open to individuals aged 18 years or older.
2.2. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2.3. Employees of the Organiser, their immediate families, and individuals involved in the creation or execution of the Campaign are not eligible to participate.

3. Campaign Offers
3.1. Each day of the Campaign will feature a unique offer. Details of the offer will be announced daily via website, email and social media.
3.2. Offers are valid until 11:59 PM on the day they are announced.
3.3. Offers are subject to availability and may include limited quantities. Once an offer is fully redeemed, it will no longer be available.
3.4. Offers cannot be applied retroactively to bookings made before the Campaign period.

4. Redemption and Bookings
4.1. To redeem an offer, participants must follow the instructions provided on the daily announcement (e.g., enter a promotional code or book directly through a designated link).
4.2. All bookings are subject to the Organiser's standard booking terms and conditions unless otherwise specified.
4.3. Discounts, upgrades, or other benefits provided as part of the daily offers are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
4.4. The Organiser is not responsible for notifying customers of offers available if booking direct with an agent. Offers must be quoted organically by the customer prior to the booking process in order for it to be applied.

5. Cancellation and Modifications
5.1. The Organiser reserves the right to modify, cancel, or suspend the Campaign at any time without prior notice due to unforeseen circumstances or events beyond its control.
5.2. If an offer becomes unavailable due to technical or operational issues, the Organiser is not obligated to provide a substitute.

6. Liability
6.1. The Organiser is not responsible for any technical issues or delays that prevent participants from redeeming an offer.
6.2. The Organiser accepts no responsibility for incorrect, incomplete, or fraudulent bookings made during the Campaign period.
6.3. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Organiser shall not be liable for any loss, injury, or damage arising from participation in the Campaign.

7. Data Protection
7.1. Participants' personal data will be processed in accordance with the Organiser’s privacy policy, available at https://www.coastdaleparks.co.uk/privacy-policy/
7.2. Data collected during the Campaign will only be used for purposes directly related to the Campaign and in compliance with applicable laws.
